Wayne Pearson Relief Artist, Sculptor, Painter
New Work

This relief painting of buoys on a shingled shack is one of an unlimited series. I will be making many of these, until the mold wears out, painting each one differently. These relief paintings are casted, glued onto cloth and board, reinforced with a ¾ inch thick wood edge, and then painted. A frame is not needed. I sculpted the relief design and made a mold. This particular painting has a clear satin UV blocker finish, and a low-relief faux clean sand border. The bas relief in the casting is up to ¼ inch deep. The painting is signed on the back. The painting hangs flat on a wall, by wire.
Dimensions of the casting are: 4½ inches by 7 inches.
Dimensions of the outer boarder are: 6 inches by 8½ inches.

This simple serigraph is a cave-wall textured background with a silkscreened maze image centered on it. The maze is contralinear; it has four solutions, instead of only one. This serigraph is on board, reinforced with a ¾ inch thick wood edge. A frame is not needed. For the maze, I burned a 60 mesh silkscreen, for brush 'printing' on a rough substrate. This serigraph hangs flat on a wall, by wire.
Dimensions of this serigraph are: 12 inches by 14 inches.

This is a miniature painting of a scene in Greenport, on Long Island. The painting is acrylic on cloth and board. I made the frame and also a textured matting background. This painting hangs flat on a wall, by wire. I was on Long Island early this year.
Dimensions of the oval are: 2¾ inches by 4 ¼ inches.
Outside frame dimensions are: 4 ¼ inches by 5½ inches.

This is a painting from my wife's photograph of her early flowers this year. The painting is acrylic on stretched canvas. This painting hangs flat on a wall, by wire.
Dimensions of the canvas are: 16 inches by 20 inches.
